About Us
Established and registered in 2017 with the aim to address mental health concerns and suicide prevention in Uganda we have been able to provide timely solutions to the many mental health problems in our community. Our objective is to create mental health awareness, provide psycho social support to all mental health patients, suicide survivors and their families; and to create a safe platform for all members to share their stories. We have a passionate and dedicated team of volunteers.

To build capacity of all community members to be able to identify and support members with Mental Health problems and refer them for help.
Our Vision
To create an empowered community about Mental Health and all other social problems.
Achievements
- Became the first organisation to address mental health and suicide prevention in the south western Uganda
- initiated an annual suicide prevention walk
- We have saved over 600 people from suicide through timely intervention to people who are at a risk.
- We have established a survivor’s platform that meets every month where survivors meet to share the healing journey..
- we have reached out to over 2000 students
- formed 3 mental health clubs in universities
- In 2019, we partnered with ACME
- Our total beneficiaries have increased from the initial 2 to over 1556.
